3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
4. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Processing time: 5-7 business days for review and approval
- Refund issuance: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)
Total refund time may take up to 15-20 business days from the initial request.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund credited back to your card
- PayPal: Refund sent to your PayPal account

Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method than the original purchase.

10. Digital Product Nature
Please note that our extensions and digital products are non-tangible goods. Once downloaded or installed, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why our refund policy has strict guidelines regarding the 14-day window and non-refundability of accessed products.
